Following the instructions under "subscriptions" I scrolled down to subscriptions; but there isn't a
"change plan" option in that little square as shown under the FAQ's.

There are instructions for changing your membership on the "help" page that is accessible through the main menu at the top of the page.

Hi Kat, I had the same question about upgrading to lifetime membership and saw your advice above. My first year membership expires April 26 and i was wondering how to renew. Is our yearly renewal at the price we initially paid? How and when do we renew? (I saw the the membership price goes up 4/1)
Im debating to pay for another year or purchase the lifetime membership. If I purchase lifetime next year, what would the payment be at that time? I see that this years price is prorated.

Your renewal should be automatic and your membership will renew at the same price you are currently paying, unless you choose to change your plan before then.
At this time we do not have confirmation for the price of the lifetime membership for the year 2021.

I am due for automatic renewal about now at the same price i started in April 27, 2019 and wanted to check and
see if my cc needed to be updated. I went to subscriptions in the Admin Info and there isn't any kind of link to do that.
